Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to all guests
  • Take and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
  • Ensure accuracy of orders and handle any guest concerns or complaints
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure a seamless dining experience
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high volume of guests

Qualifications:

  • Prior serving experience preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
